Open up your Vista Control Panel and type UAC in the search box. You
will then see
a link saying Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off. Click
that link.
Now, on the next window you need to uncheck the box for Use User Account
Control (UAC) to help protect your computer, and then click OK.
You'll need to reboot your computer before the changes will take effect,
but you should no longer be bothered with those annoying prompts.
