How To Create New RealeSeller Folder Views:
RealeSeller adds several new folder types to Outlook and just like you can create new Contact folders in Outlook, you can create new RealeSeller style folders.  All folders are created the same way so you can use this example as a guide when creating any type of folder in Outlook. The Folder Views:
RealeSeller adds several new folders with enhanced views when it is installed.  These different views allow many things to be separated into areas that make it easier and faster to navigate.  The different folder views are:

Agent View:  RealeSeller has a completely new and expanded "Agent" view.  This new view has extra fields for more details on the agents you do business with.  This expanded view includes a spouse field for those working as teams as well as notes and picture features that go way beyond anything Outlook can provide.

Calculations View:  Built in to the RealeSeller customer relationship manager is a mortgage calculator which will give you almost instant feedback on 18 important real estate related calculations.  Each of them can be saved, printed, or emailed by pressing a button.

Company View:  RealeSeller has a completely new and expanded "Company" view.  This new view has extra fields for more details on the companies you do business with.  These may include, but aren't limited to, mortgage companies, title companies, inspection companies, etc. and with notes and picture features that go way beyond anything Outlook can provide.

Flex Folder View:  RealeSeller has a folder that can contain all of the different folder items, Prospects, Properties, Companies, and Agents.

Property View:  RealeSeller has a completely new view called the Property View.  This new view has multiple tabs and dozens of extra fields for more details on your properties including the property stats, MLS information, in-depth property details, activities associated with the property, and attachment details.  With notes and picture features that go way beyond anything Outlook can provide.

Prospect View:  RealeSeller has a completely new and expanded "Contact" view that we call the Prospect view.  This new view has multiple tabs and dozens of extra fields for more details on your prospects including mortgage information, financing data, Dream Home information with notes and picture features that go way beyond anything Outlook can provide.

Investment Calculator View:  RealeSeller has a completely new and unique view that we call the Investment Calculator view.  This new view will aid you in helping a customer decide if the property they are considering will bring a satisfactory return on their investment.

Document Browser View:  RealeSeller has a completely new folder so you can keep all of your real estate associated documents in one place.
