How to Export Top Producer® 6i Data

The Steps:
The following steps will take you through exporting your data from TP6i so that RealeSeller can import everything, including the notes. 

Open TP6i and choose Setup (1), Export data... (2), select Send to TOP PRODUCER 6i (3).

Next, select the Contact info (1) tab.  Press the Display all contacts (2) button.


Press the Select all (1) button.


All items should show  selected  (1).  Press the Export contacts (2) button.


Next, select TOP PRODUCER 6i (1) choice, then press the Export (2) button.


When the browse window appears, choose the folder you want to save the data in (1).  Next, type the name of the file you want to export (2).  The example shows tp6idata.txt, but you can call it anything you like.  Now, press the OK (3) button to export your data.


When the export is completed, you will see this window.  At this point you can use the RealeSeller CSV import feature to import your TP6i data.  Using this method to export the data, you should use the TP6i (RAW) import selection.  If the selection is not available you can call RealeSeller tech support and they will email you the files you need.
