RealeSeller™ Troubleshooting Fixes

Note:  We try and help everyone, registered or not.  Please do not hesitate to call, send an email, or post a question in the forum on our web site.  One of the things that make it difficult to write perfect programs for Windows is there are just too many variations in hardware and software and try as we might, glitches do show up no matter how much testing we do.  This section will help you get past some of the most common issues.


Please Note: This error is rare, but we thought it might be worth adding to the troubleshooting guide. When creating and saving a note in a RealeSeller view, the following error occurs:


To fix this problem close Outlook and make sure it is no longer running.  Check your task manager to make sure as this fix may not work if it is still running when you do this.  Now
go to Start, Run, and type:
Outlook /ResetFolders then click Ok.  This should reset the internal folder information Outlook uses to find the default folders.  We are not sure how this issue occurs, but resetting the folder ID's like this has fixed this issue.
