RealeSeller™ Troubleshooting Fixes
|
Note:
We try and help everyone, registered or not. Please do not
hesitate to call, send an email, or post a question in the forum on our web
site. One of the things that make it difficult to write perfect programs
for Windows is there are just too many variations in hardware and software and
try as we might, glitches do show up no matter how much testing we do.
This section will help you get past some of the most common issues.
Please Note: If you do not have your Microsoft Office CD handy when you
perform this fix, you may not be able to complete this task. This problem
seems to occur when you do an upgrade from Office 2000 or 2002 to Office 2003.
If you are unsure about trying this fix, call either Microsoft at their numbers
listed below, or you can call our tech support line and someone here will help
you.
As of Version 3.0 we try to fix this problem automatically
when it is encountered. This information has been left here to fix
something that may still occur.
