RealeSeller™ Troubleshooting Fixes

Note:  We try and help everyone, registered or not.  Please do not hesitate to call, send an email, or post a question in the forum on our web site.  One of the things that make it difficult to write perfect programs for Windows is there are just too many variations in hardware and software and try as we might, glitches do show up no matter how much testing we do.  This section will help you get past some of the most common issues.


Invalid Password Error:  We all forget passwords sometimes, but most of the time when you get an Invalid Password error in RealeSeller, it happens right after the program is installed.  It happens fairly often so we have a password reset feature built in to the program.

Password Reset - If you type in an incorrect password three times, you will see this window:


If you select Yes another window will appear.  This new window has a special key number and you will need to call the tech support line to get a reset key.


Once you get in touch with tech support, they will ask you for your Request Key.  Just read them the numbers and they will give you an Authorization Key.  After you enter the key, you can type in a new password.  If you decide you would rather not use a password, leave both boxes blank and press the Ok button.
