RealeSeller™ Troubleshooting Fixes
|
Note:
We try and help everyone, registered or not. Please do not
hesitate to call, send an email, or post a question in the forum on our web
site. One of the things that make it difficult to write perfect programs
for Windows is there are just too many variations in hardware and software and
try as we might, glitches do show up no matter how much testing we do.
This section will help you get past some of the most common issues.
Invalid Certificate Error:
When performing an action in
RealeSeller that causes a new e-mail to be created, you may encounter an
Invalid Certificate error. This error could also occur when creating a new
e-mail message via Outlook when you attempt to click the Send button on the new
e-mail. When this happens you should
see the following error window:

Note:
The red text in the message has been substituted for the email address that will
appear between the two single quotes. The email address should be your email
address. We removed the actual email address from the image so we could clarify
what you would see in this window.
Changing the settings using the
Change Security Settings button on the above error will only correct the
issue for that one e-mail. To permanently resolve the issue, Go to Tools
and select Options from the Outlook main menu. Once you see the
window below, click the Security tab. Make sure that Encrypt contents
and attachments for outgoing messages and Add digital signature to
outgoing messages are not checked. Once you have changed the settings,
click Ok.

Note:
This is a very odd issue and usually caused by someone changing settings and they
don't know how the changes will affect the application. These boxes are
unchecked by default. Remember, if you don't really know what something does it
is safer not to change it as you may cause an issue that could take a lot of
time to resolve.
