Internet Mail Only Mode Fix: If you are still using Outlook 2000, the default settings are for Internet email only. This setting does not allow us to programmatically talk to Outlook Notes using CDO methods used everywhere else. This problem is acknowledged by Microsoft and will not be fixed. The solution is to set Outlook up for all types of email. You are probably reading this because RealeSeller tests the mode you are running in when it starts and directs you here to fix the problem. This isn't an issue for Outlook 2002 (XP) or Outlook 2003, and most likely for future versions.
To get started with the fix select Tools,
then Options:
Next, click the Mail Delivery tab (red
circle), then click the Reconfigure Mail Support button:
Now choose Corporate or Workgroup in
the E-mail Service Options window, then click Next:
When you see the below window, choose Yes.
If Outlook does not shut down, then shut down
Outlook yourself. Once Outlook has completely shut down, double click the
Outlook or RealeSeller icon to restart Outlook. When
Outlook is restarting, you will see the following dialog while Outlook
is changing it’s configuration. When the configuration change is complete, Outlook will open and function just as it did before.
