RealeSeller™ Special Features
Using the RealeSeller special features:
We designed and coded several specialized sub-viewing systems in
RealeSeller. The specialized Grid/List feature, the expanded Notes
feature, the integrated CMA feature, the itemized Image Viewer feature, and the
detailed List Viewer feature. Each of these features requires some
in-depth explanation in order to use all of their abilities.
RealeSeller Grid / List: This page will walk you through changing viewed fields, sorting, finding, filtering, and other ways to use your grid to display just the information you want.
RealeSeller Grid Pop-Up Menus: This page will show you some of the different Pop-Up menus you will see when using the grid.
RealeSeller Notes: This page will walk you through making and editing a note. Several other enhanced features including a spell check are discussed.
RealeSeller CMA: This page will walk you through making a CMA and how to save it or print it for your customer.
RealeSeller Image Viewer: This page will walk you through several specialized and powerful features allowing as many individual images for each property, prospect, agent, etc. as you want to add.
RealeSeller List Viewer: There are several different views that are very similar, but used for different things. Bullet points for your flyer, Room Sizes, etc. These are all explained in detail.

Expanded Features:
There are a number of small, expanded features in RealeSeller that do not fit
any particular major area. These are all
explained in detail on this page.
Special RealeSeller Mass Update Feature:
The mass update feature can not only update or modify almost any field, it can
actually add the same note to multiple prospects, properties, agents or
companies.
Expanded Reminder Feature:
By default, the Outlook Reminder service only searches the Contacts, Calendar,
Tasks and Inbox folders. Now, you can expand this search to other folders.
The RealeSeller Distribution
List Feature:
Since Prospects, Properties, Agents, and Companies are all Contact type Outlook
folders, they too have the ability to contain Distribution Lists. For this
reason, we have added the capability to preview Distribution Lists from a
RealeSeller view.
RealeSeller Property Reminder Feature:
RealeSeller Properties can now have a reminder easily created for each of the
date fields simply by clicking the new blue drop down arrow in the date combo
box.
RealeSeller Custom Fields Feature:
RealeSeller has 10 fully customizable text fields that you can label. Four
of the custom fields will synch with your PDA.
