The RealeSeller™ Property Reminder Feature
RealeSeller Properties can now have a reminder easily created for each of their date fields simply by clicking the blue drop down arrow in the date combo box as shown below.

If no items are checked in the Remind menu, then no reminder will occur. To create a reminder, simply click one of the choices. To remove the reminder, simply click the checked item to uncheck it.

To specify a recurrence period, click the blue down arrow again and choose Every Year from the Recur menu. To remove the recurrence, click Every Year (if it is already checked) to un-check it.

When you click the Save to save changes to the Property, an all day appointment with the appropriate reminder and recurrence options will be created in the Calendar folder. If it already exists, then the existing one will be updated. If you unchecked the Reminder options to remove the reminder, then the appointment will be deleted.

To specify the default reminder options for all new Properties, click Tools, Options, RealeSeller tab, click the Settings button for Property Options, then click the Reminders tab.
