How to create a Drip E-mail RealePlan - There are a few major steps involved with creating a Drip E-mail RealePlan. You will need to create the e-mail templates (or documents that will be converted to an e-mail) that will be sent out. You will then need to create the RealePlan template and RealePlan items for each time you want to send out an e-mail. Then you can apply the RealePlan template to any prospects you wish to send the drip e-mails to.

Using Microsoft Outlook with Removable Media - There are several types of removable media available to use. Most are connected to the computer via a USB cable or connection. As long as the media shows up in My Computer as a separate ‘Hard Drive’ when inserted into the computer, and has enough space to store your
Outlook database, it can be used with Microsoft Outlook.

Mass Emailer - The RealeSeller mass email feature was created because most spam filters will simply dump your mass email that is CC:'d or BCC:'d into either the Junk folder or delete it out-right when it arrives in your client's inbox.

Expanded Reminder - By default, the Outlook Reminder service only searches the Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Inbox folders. Learn how RealeSeller can change all that.

Distribution List Feature - Since Prospects, Properties, Agents, and Companies are all Contact type Outlook folders, they too have the ability to contain Distribution Lists. For this reason, we have added the capability to preview Distribution Lists from a RealeSeller view.

Property Reminder Feature - RealeSeller Properties can now have a reminder easily created for each of the date fields simply by clicking the new blue drop down arrow in the date combo box.

Document Library - This new view allows you to keep all of the important documents you use in your business in one place. It can show thumb-nail views of documents and you can add a short summary description about the item.

Flyer Creator - This is a completely new template driven system for creating flyer's. New and even better packages of templates will be released a couple of times each year so that things remain fresh.

The RealeSeller™ Mail Merge Feature - This section explains the use of the new mail merge wizard which allows a simple step by step approach to performing a mail merge.

Active RealePlans - There is a completely new look to the RealePlans folder which now has a My Activities, Applied RealePlans, and a RealePlans Templates tab. Checking your present, future, and past activities has never been easier or faster. Creating new plans is still a snap... and now they can be Active!

My Activities Tab - You can check your daily activities in one place. All applied plans, tasks, and appointments are listed in one place so you can quickly plan your day.

Applied RealePlans Tab - The Applied RealePlans tab is for viewing details of, and interacting with all active, completed, stopped or paused RealePlans that are currently applied to a Person, Company and/or Property.

Field Mass Update - A new and very powerful feature has been added that allows you to modify or update almost any field. You can even add a new note to multiple items. You will find this new selection in the Grid Right-Click menu.

Other minor features and changes to RealeSeller:
New Prospect Fields - Prospect Status Field, Prospect Lead Source Field, and Prospect Lead Urgency Field.
New Spouse Email Field - Exposed on the Prospect view and available in the Agent and Company views.
New Assistant Email Field - Assistant email field is exposed on Prospect, Agent, and Company views.

Flyer Creator Update - The color selection has been increased from 20 to 48 and gives a much wider range of color choices. An Equal Housing Logo (5 choices including 'None') has been added and is located next to the Agent Photo selector. All check boxes will now remember what you chose last. And, several text items will now be remembered. Those text items have a red check mark on them which denotes they have a save feature. The Company address fields have also been added to the flyer data.

CSV Export - A RealeSeller CSV Export Feature has been added to the list of things you can do when you right-click any item in the list of Agents, Companies, Prospects and Properties.

New Folders - When you create a new Prospect, Company, or Agent folder, RealeSeller now sets these new folders to be shown as an Address book in Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003. Outlook 2000 does not have this ability.

Screen Capture - All RealeSeller image views can now capture anything on the screen. You can capture the entire screen or just a piece of it.

Phone Dialer - If you right-click a prospect, agent, or company in a RealeSeller view, you can choose Call and all phone numbers will be displayed. Clicking a phone number will start the Outlook phone dialer.

Archive Items - If you right-click a prospect, property, agent, or company in a RealeSeller view, you can choose Archive to Attachments and Archive & Delete. You can archive anything in any folder and save it as part of the selected item as an attachment. Archive all related email and then delete email.

Search and Display Related Email - Search for Email in sent items and inbox folder on the Activities tab.

Add Contact Link - The Contacts... button on RealeSeller Views will now allow you to add a link to other Prospects, Agents, etc.

Convert Contacts Folder to Prospects - This is a feature added to the RealeSeller Agent Options to take over the Contacts folder and use it as a Prospects folder. This allows automatic Contact syncing with PDA's.

Recurring Plan Items - The Recurring plan items feature has been expanded to allow a greater range of options. The main difference between a RealeSeller recurring item and an Outlook recurring item is RealeSeller has the ability to use an Offset. This means the offset can be days, weeks, etc.
