How to install RealeSeller™
 

On a CD:
If you have a CD, simply insert it into your CD ROM drive. The setup program should start automatically.  If the setup program does not start automatically, open the CD ROM drive from your “My Computer” folder.  Find the “RESsetup.exe” file and double-click the file name.  This will start the installation process.
 
Downloaded Setup File:
If you downloaded the “RESsetup.exe” file from the RealeSeller™ web site, double-click the file name to start the installation process.
 
Your Office CD May Be Needed:
Sometimes not all files needed to upgrade your Outlook program have been installed.  When this happens the RealeSeller™ install program will prompt you to insert your Office CD.  Please have your Office CD ready in case it is needed.  If prompted to use your Office CD, please follow the on-screen instructions.
 
Welcome to Setup:
Once the ‘Welcome’ window starts, press the ‘Next’ button to continue.  The next window is the EULA (End-User License Agreement). Please be sure you read and understand this agreement. After reading, select ‘I accept the agreement’ or press the ‘Cancel’ button to abort the install. Once you accept the agreement, the ‘Next’ button will enable. Now, Press the ‘Next’ button to continue the installation.  Next, the installer will place an icon on your desktop and it will also create a Quick Launch icon. You can choose to allow this or not. Uncheck the box or boxes if you do not want the icons installed.  Press the ‘Next’ button to continue.  The installation will complete.  It may take a couple of minutes, please be patient.  Press the ‘Finish’ button to complete the Setup process.  RealeSeller™ is now installed.
 
 
New Outlook Profile:
The next time Outlook starts you will see this window:
Tip: This window will only be shown when you have more than one possible Outlook database file you can select to load when starting Outlook.  (More than 1 pst file)
 
 
Press the ‘Yes’ button to start the set-up process that will configure RealeSeller™.
 

 
Press the ‘Next’ button to start the Wizard.
 

 
Enter your Company information, your Company Address, and your Company Phone number. 
It is very important that you enter the Company name and the Agent name exactly as you want it shown on all documents.  This information is also used to register your program so please be careful when you type this information.

  Press the ‘Next’ button when you finish.
 
 

Enter all of your Agent information similar to what you see above. Press the ‘Next’ button when you are ready to continue.

Note: There is a password feature you would see in this window, but only if you are using RealeSeller in a Multi-Agent mode.  Each agent would log on with their own password.  This allows each agent to use one central computer and have all forms created by RealeSeller to be customized just for their information.
 

 
At this point, check the basic information.  If everything is correct, press the ‘Finish’ button to continue.



RealeSeller will complete the setup configuration. You will see the progress bar and a description of everything the wizard is doing to finish installing and customizing Outlook. When it is complete, you will see the window below.

 

 
The registration window can have several different messages; (1) this is just one of them.  Most of the time you will only see this window if you have not registered RealeSeller™ or you have entered  new user or company information and need to enter the registration key.  To continue the trial, just press the Trial button (3).  You do not need a key to activate the trial version.  The trial is fully functional for the next 14 days.  Do not change the agent or company name during this period.  If for some reason something goes wrong and your trial version stops functioning, call tech support.  They can reset the trial, but they will only do it once.  If you are ready to purchase RealeSeller call (972) 377-9769 to give them your credit card or other payment information. 

Press the Contact/Registration  button (2) while you are talking to someone about your purchase.  If you send the email, the person you are talking with will get the email with the information needed to make a Registration Key just for your computer. Each key is unique and will only work on the computer it was made for using the exact Agent Name and Company Name along with the Computer ID.
 
Tip: If you are using RealeSeller™ as a trial, you have 14 days to evaluate the program to see if it will meet your needs.  When RealeSeller™ stops working, the new folders RealeSeller™ added will either not work or will contain only the minimal data that Outlook uses to keep track of contacts.  RealeSeller™ enhancements will no longer work. Once you purchase your registration key and enter it, everything will work just like it did during the trial.

The Contact/Registration Button:
When you press the Contact/Registration button you will see this window:

Choose the reason for the communication (1), and you will see this drop-down list (2):


There are five choices in the drop-down list if RealeSeller isn't registered, and only one (the last one in the list) if you have already registered.  Choose the one that applies to you.  The first selection asks someone at RealeSeller to call for payment information.  The next two are simply requests for a registration key and indicate the method you used to pay.  All of these use the above window (1), but the last two use a different window:

Pay by sending credit card info through RealeSeller:
Using this selection choose the type of card (1), enter your card number (2), Expiration Date, and the 3 number card code on the back of your credit card (4).  You can choose MasterCard, Visa, or Discover... we don't take American Express except through PayPal which you can reach from our site: www.realeseller.com
Make sure the Shipping Address is correct (5) and press the Send Email button. 

Note:  Your information is encrypted before being sent to us by email... your credit card information can not be read by anyone but us.

As far as we know, we are the only company that allows you to send an email from inside a program that asks someone to call because you need help.  You can use this feature any time, before or after the trial period.  If it is during normal business hours someone should call you within 15-20 minutes.  It does sometimes take longer, but the average response time is actually 13 minutes!  So, don't be surprised at how fast you get a response, but also remember that if we don't call right away, we will call.  If it seems to be taking too long, you can always try and reach someone here at (972) 377-9769.  If you get sent to voice mail, it is either after business hours or everyone is on the phone and can't answer.  Be assured that someone will call you as fast as humanly possible to answer your questions or help you with your problem.  Be sure to add a brief description of your issue or question.  This helps us route your request to the best person to help you.
