Special RealeSeller™ Expanded Reminder Feature

Using the expanded reminder
feature:
By default, the Outlook Reminder service only searches the Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Inbox folders. This search is a non-recursive search (does not include subfolders of the Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Inbox folders).

To change the Outlook Reminder Search options, click Tools, Options, RealeSeller tab, then click the settings button for the RealeSeller Options, and then click the Startup tab.

If you uncheck the Expand Outlook's Reminder Search box and click Ok, the Outlook Reminder Search will be reset back to it's default settings.

To add or remove folders to the search, click Choose Folders...

Put a check next to the folders you wish to be included in the Outlook Reminders Search, and uncheck the ones you don't.

If you want the search be recursive, you can check the Include Subfolders checkbox (1).

Warning!  Keep in mind that the more folders you check, and the more items these folders contain the slower Outlook could potentially become. If you experience general sluggishness after changing these options, come back here and remove some folders or consider archiving old items that you no longer need in your main Outlook database.
