RealeSeller Custom Fields
Using the RealeSeller custom fields:
Each of the special RealeSeller views has 10 custom fields available. You can change the label names so that they display the information with a label that makes sense to you. For this example we will use the Prospect custom fields, but it works the same for all 4 views, Prospect, Property, Agent and Company.
Setting Your Custom Field Label Names:
Start by going to Tools, Options, and choose the RealeSeller tab. For this example, choose the Prospect Options Settings button.
With the Prospect Options the default General tab will have the Custom Field Names feature on it. The others will be somewhat different, but just look for the Custom Field Names feature.

Customize the field name:
As an example field name that is not currently in RealeSeller, we will use Hobbies. To change the field name, click the first field and highlight the current text. Type Hobbies. Press Ok, then OK again.
Now you can choose a prospect item and check out the Custom Fields tab. Hobbies is now the label for the first custom field in the list.
Updating Field Labels:
If you decide to change the name of the field, you can simply go to the options menu and change the field name. Once you refresh the folder item, the new or changed name will update.
On-The-Fly Field Labels:
Every custom field label can be unique. What that means is you can manually modify each custom field label by double-clicking the field name and add any field name you want. It will not be changed unless you double-click the field name and delete the name, then refresh the view, and then it will have the label name changed to the default name in the Options menu. This allows complete customization of the custom field labels.
