RealePlans™ - Manual Approval of Activities
 
Manual Intervention:
There are times when you want to decide when a task should be performed.  If you put a check in the checkbox that indicates you want to be prompted before a task is performed, you need to know the following information so that you can respond correctly.

When one or more ActiveTasks are ready for you to perform, you should see a pop-up such as one above.  When you see this pop-up, you can then go to the My Activities view and select the item(s) that are ready to be performed and choose Run ActiveTask Now from the Actions Menu.

When one or more ActiveTasks are being performed automatically by RealeSeller, you should see a pop-up such as the one above.

When one or more ActiveTasks have encountered an error, you should see a pop-up such as the one above.



Any or all of the above can be displayed at the same time as in the image above.


ActiveTask Errors:
If RealeSeller encounters an error while attempting to automatically perform an ActiveTask, the Active Status field will be set to a description of the error and a popup (like the one above) will notify you that one or more errors were encountered.


If RealeSeller encounters an error while attempting to perform an ActiveTask that you chose to run manually by clicking Run ActiveTask Now, a window will appear with more information on the error and where possible will ask you for more information to correct the error.
