RealePlans™ - Applied Plans Tab
 
Using the Applied Plans Tab:
The Applied RealePlans tab is for viewing details of, and interacting with all active, completed, stopped or paused RealePlans that are currently applied to a Person, Company and/or Property.



Note:  Both lists in this view support sorting by clicking the lists' column header. By control clicking a column header, multiple columns will be included in the sort.

The top half of the applied RealePlans view shows a list of all applied RealePlans. If you click on one of the RealePlans in the list (1), you will then see a detailed list of all of the RealePlan Items associated with that RealePlan (2).

The RealePlans Actions Button:

Note:  The applied RealePlans list supports multiple selections using the standard Shift+Click and Ctrl+Click methods. The following options will be applied to all items selected in the list of applied RealePlans.

This section pertains to the top section (list) of this tab:

Complete RealePlan - Completes the selected RealePlans and all of their RealePlan items. Before doing so, you will be prompted as to whether or not you wish to also have any ActiveTasks associated with the RealePlan items performed.  If you choose no, the ActiveTasks will be marked as complete without performing the ActiveTask. Completed plans will appear with the Status column set to Complete and the date the RealePlan was completed will appear in the Completed column.  Completed RealePlans can be Uncompleted.  When selecting a completed RealePlan, this menu item will read "Uncomplete RealePlan".  Clicking this menu item will then restart the plan. Its status will be changed back from Complete to Active, however RealeSeller has no way of knowing which RealePlan items to uncomplete so it will be up to the user to uncomplete any Tasks or Appointments that need to be performed.
Stop RealePlan - Stops the selected RealePlans and all of their RealePlan items. Any uncompleted RealePlan items associated with the RealePlan is deleted to the Deleted Items folder.  Stopped plans will appear with the Status column set to Stopped and the date the RealePlan was stopped will appear in the Stopped column.  Stopped RealePlans can be Restarted. When selecting a stopped RealePlan, this menu item will read "Restart RealePlan."  Clicking this menu item will restart the plan.  Its status will be changed back from Stopped to Active. RealeSeller will move any previously uncompleted RealePlan items from the Deleted Items folder back to their appropriate locations.  If a previously uncompleted RealePlan item could not be found in the Deleted Items folder, it recreates the Appointment or Task altogether.
Pause RealePlan - Pauses the selected RealePlans and all of their uncompleted RealePlan items.  The act of pausing a RealePlan item sets its status field to Paused and moves the item out of the Calendar or Tasks folder so that you will not receive reminders for the item.
Resume RealePlan - This resumes the selected RealePlans, and all of their paused RealePlan items.  The act of unpausing a RealePlan item removes its Paused status, and moves the item back to the Calendar or Tasks folder so that you will once again receive reminders for the item. RealeSeller also determines the amount of time the RealePlan was paused and pads the start end/due dates accordingly.  This is useful if you go on a two week vacation and want to temporarily pause certain plans, or even all of the plans while you are away.  When you return to the office you can resume the RealePlans, and the RealePlan items' start and end/due dates will be extended out by the two weeks that you were away.
RealePlan Report - This will print or forward a report of the RealePlan and all of the Appointments and Tasks associated with it.
Change Apply Date - This will prompt you for a date to set the RealePlans Applied Date field to.  Upon supplying a date and clicking Ok, RealeSeller will recalculate the start and end/due dates for all uncompleted RealePlan item's.

Delete RealePlan - This will delete the entire RealePlan and all of its associated Appointments and Tasks to the Deleted Items folder.
Apply RealePlan - This will launch the Apply RealePlan wizard, allowing you to choose a RealePlan to apply as well as the Person/Company and/or Property to apply it to.
Open - This gives you quick access to the Applied person/company and property that the RealePlan is applied to. Clicking on either of the items in the list will open the item associated with the RealePlan.

The RealePlan Items Action Button:

The bottom half of the applied RealePlans view shows a list of all activities (Appointments or Tasks) associated with the selected RealePlan. To view more details on the item, double click it and the Appointment or Task will be opened.

This section pertains to the bottom section (list) of this tab:

Run ActiveTask Now - Causes RealeSeller to perform the ActiveTask.  If the ActiveTask has already been performed and completed, this will read 'Re-perform ActiveTask'
This task was completed late/early... - Recalculates the start and end/due dates of all sibling Appointments and Tasks that follow the selected item based on the number of days the item was complete late or early.
Mark ActiveTask as Complete - Marks the ActiveTask as complete but does not actually perform the ActiveTask.  This is useful if you performed the ActiveTask yourself manually rather than having RealeSeller do it automatically.
Complete/Uncomplete - This will mark or unmark the selected task as Complete.  Since Appointments don't have a Complete field, this action can only be performed on Task items.

If you have deleted an Outlook Appointment or Task associated with the RealePlan, it will appear as a blank item in the list.  Note below how the RealePlan item for Sending a Copy of MLS Information to Client (1) does not have any information listed in its field columns. You could recreate this item automatically by Stopping and Restarting the RealePlan if you so desired.
