The RealeSeller™ Property View The Property View: RealeSeller has a completely new view called the Property View. As you can see below, this new view has multiple tabs and dozens of extra fields for more details on your properties. Those details include the property stats, MLS information, in-depth property details, activities associated with the property, and attachment details. With notes and picture features way beyond anything Outlook can provide, everything from A to Z is covered. Read below about how you can use these powerful extended property specific features. ![]() Address Field: When entering an address for the first time, press the Address button and enter data in a structured visual format or it may not display properly in letters, etc. The window has everything separated into fields. This helps keep down the confusion. Outlook has problems sometimes figuring out addresses. Using this window helps prevent confusion. (Note: Be sure and remember to add the name of the county the property is in because it is one of those fields you can filter and sort by): ![]() Add a map image: Once you have added a valid address entry, you could add a map to your list of images for this property.
Owners button: The Owners button displays a list of all prospects so you can choose one to reference as the property owner. If the property has an owner in your prospect list and you press the button, then you should see a prompt like this and you can choose the owner from the list. Once you do, press OK and the link will be added: ![]() Press the Web Page button to open Internet Explorer if you want to browse to the web page in order to add it. If you know the URL you can simply type it in. ![]() The Listing Agent/Company Data: This was added so you could select a property and quickly see the listing agent and their information. If this information is available in the MLS export, it will be inserted in these fields for fast reference when you do a property import. You can of course add this information manually. ![]() The Property Categories: Whenever you add a property it is very important to select the proper categories it fits into because you can filter your properties using this field. If you press the Categories button a list of all current categories you can choose from will be shown. You can also add new categories if needed by pressing the Master Category List button. You can add as many categories as apply to any property. How many you use depends on how you use the program for email, mail outs, etc. (This is a very powerful feature and will save a lot of time if you use it carefully):
Private Checkbox: The Private checkbox is used when you are sharing your Outlook information. Not everything in a folder has to be shared. If this box is checked, this item would not be shared with others and it would only be seen on your computer. The Property Stats View: The information entered here is used in several places, most common use is for your RealePlans. Again, fields like Property Status can be used to filter and sort so make sure you enter as much information as you can. Many of the fields will only be used with the RealeSeller Investment Calculator which may or may not be in the version of RealeSeller you currently have. The fields are self-explanatory: ![]() The Property Details View: This view contains several sub areas that allow you to enter a lot of information about each property. This information is used by several other RealeSeller functions. The Features, Room Sizes, and Bullet Points tabs contain information used to create Flyers, Postcards, Presentations, etc. To get more in-depth information on Features, Room Sizes and Bullet Points please refer to the help section about the creation of Flyer's. Refer to the Help section on how to build a CMA for more information on building a CMA. ![]() The Property Activities View: All Applied RealePlans, Contacts, Email, Journal, Notes, Appointments, Tasks, associated Prospects and Properties, and more can be viewed here. If you are looking for specific items, and in some cases items between a date range can be viewed quickly by selecting one of these types from the drop down list. ![]() The Property Attachments View: This view allows you to display and/or find anything attached to your property. This includes Pictures, RealePlans, RealeCMA's and RealeCalc's you have created for this property, documents, and any other important files you want to attach to this property. ![]() |
