RealeSeller™ Notes Feature

About the Notes Feature:
RealeSeller has a special Notes Feature.  It has several features like note colors and spell checking built in.  While the Notes Feature can take on various shapes, this is a view of its basic look:

The Note Buttons:

Adding a New Note:
When you press the New Note button, a blank note is added above all the other listed notes.  The newest note is listed first, then the second newest, etc. in that order.  The current Date and Time are inserted first as text.  This allows you to keep an accurate record of exactly when you added the information in the note.  While the default note color in Outlook is yellow, you can change the default note color to something else by pressing the Notes Options button.  You can see more on that below.  Now you can type anything you want.  Up to six lines of text  are visible without scrolling the note.  Each note has a scroll bar that will appear when the note has more than 6 lines to it.  Depending on the width of the note view, there may be more than six lines or less.  You can also copy and paste information from Word, Notepad, WordPad, etc. into the note field.  Press the Save Note button when you finish adding text.

Deleting Notes:
Deleting a single note or multiple notes is very easy.  If you are deleting a single note, just click the note body anywhere.  That selects the note as the current note.  Press the Red X button.  Confirm you want to delete the note, and the note is deleted.  To delete multiple notes, but a check in the box just to the left of each note.  You can select all notes or clear all notes with the checkbox in the top area of the Note Feature.  Once the notes you want deleted are selected, press the Red X.  Confirm you want to delete the selected notes, and the notes will be deleted.

Printing Notes:
Like many other things about RealeSeller, printing notes is very flexible.  Press the Print Notes button and this menu will appear:

You can simply print the current note, or selected note(s) or preview what they will look like before they are sent to the printer.  Notes can be printed with their background color or not.  That is one of the choices in the Options menu.

Note Options:
There are several things you can change about notes in the options settings. The first menu shows this:

You can change the default note color.  This sets the default color for all notes in Outlook and RealeSeller.  The default note color is yellow.  If you want to change the Current Note color, the menu looks similar:

The difference is, the current note color is displayed and you can change it.  Your selection will only change the current note color and has nothing to do with the default note color.  If you create a new note, it will be whatever the default note color setting is.  Your last option is to Print Notes With Their Color.  Selecting this option will allow the background color of the note to be printed with each note having the ability to be printed with their unique background color.

Note Spell Check:
When you have finished entering all of your note text, press the Spell Check button.  If the spelling dictionary is not installed then this button will not be enabled.  RealeSeller uses the Microsoft Word spell checking routines to check your note spelling.  If the spell checker finds a problem, you will see something like this:

Select Change in a case like this.  The correction will be made to the text.  When the spell check is complete, you will see a message box that lets you know the spell check program has finished.
