
Making and Using RealePlans™
Using the RealePlans™ features:
RealePlans are a set of predefined activities that can consist of appointments,
tasks, meetings, phone calls, faxes, drip email campaigns, and document preparation that you
can apply all at one time to a prospect or property. There may be from 1 to
dozens of activities in any plan. There are three tabs associated with the
RealePlans folder:
My Activities Tab

Applied RealePlans™ Tab

RealePlans™ Templates Tab

RealePlans™ - My Activities Tab:
Shows appointments and tasks that are due now/overdue or appointments and tasks
that will be due at a specified time period.
RealePlans™ - Applied Plans Tab:
Shows details for, and allows interaction with RealePlans that have been applied
to a Person, Company and/or Property.
RealePlans™ Templates Tab:
This pages shows you how to create active plan items using the built in Wizard.
Creating Custom RealePlans™ Plans:
This page will walk you through making a simple plan. If you are in need of a
specialized complex plan, we can work with you to create it.
RealePlans™ - Manual Approval of
Activities:
You can choose to approve any task before it is performed. What you see
when that happens is described on this page.
How
to Apply RealePlans™:
This page will walk you through applying a plan. While the process isn't
complicated, there are a few things you need to know.
Printing RealePlans™:
This page takes you through printing plans and reports. If you are in need of a
specialized complex plan, we can work with you to create it.
