RealeSeller™ Grid Pop-Up Menu's
The 'Pop-Up' Menu:
The specialized grid designed for
RealeSeller has a pop-up menu that is usually different for each view.
Since there are several of these, they have all been added to this help section
for quick reference.
Please keep
in mind that every RealeSeller grid will perform in a similar fashion, even
those that may not be listed or shown here. If a pop-up menu does not
appear, then there are no extended features available.

You can change where you display the grid list that contains your data in a
sort-able format. On the Left, which is the default setting, on the

Notice that you can Flag For Follow up any item. This is very
useful for creating a quick reminder to call or do something outside a normal
plan. You can read more on this feature by
Clicking Here.
You can also mark the item as Private. Private items are not shared
with others even when you share your entire folder when using Microsoft Exchange
Server.
In Outlook 2003/2007, you can Enable Journal Logging from the grid. In
older versions of Outlook you can only do this from the
Journal menu and it only works
on the default contact folder. In RealeSeller, using Outlook 2003/2007, you
just set your Journal defaults
and use this feature to select items you want to keep track of with the Journal
feature. The contacts / prospects can be in any folder in Outlook 2003/2007.
