Using Standard Images In Your Flyer

Getting started:
There are two types of images used in the Flyer Creator, Standard and Virtual.  Standard images are images either in a folder or associated with a Property, your Agent data, or your Company data. Virtual images are discussed in another section of this help file.  You can read about them here.  All information discussed in this section will be referring to the below image which shows the various image features and selections as it changes view selections.



The Page Background Image:
You have two choices of page backgrounds, Textures and Full Page.  The textures selection is tiled over the background of the flyer.  With a tile, the image has to appear as if it were a single image when stacked side to side and top to bottom.  The program automatically stitches the images together so they look like one continuous unbroken image.  A Full Page image is just what it says, full page.  It covers the entire background of the page.  As of this writing we have not finished creating any full page images, but you can expect to see them in the future.  Using background textures requires that some parts of the flyer be set to transparent.  How to do this is discussed here and here.

Property Photo Images:
Depending on how many images are built in to the flyer, you will see the number of property photo's in the drop down list labeled Property Photo 1, Property Photo 2, etc.  The drop down list just below this allows you to select the photo you want to associate with each of the property photo selections available.  Choose the photo you want to use and press the symbol to update the flyer.

Each property picture can have a black border around it or not... your choice.  Just check or uncheck the Border checkbox depending on what you want.  Some images are a little small.  You can try stretching them to see if enlarging the image helps the flyer look better by putting a check in the Stretch checkbox.

Agent and Company Images:
How many photos are attached to your agent and company information will determine what you see in the list.  As with the other image selections, when you select an image it will appear as a thumbnail image in the gray box.  Once you choose the image you want to use, press the symbol to update the flyer.
