Special RealeSeller™ List Feature
About the List Feature:
RealeSeller has a special List Feature used in several areas on RealeSeller views. It is a specialized list view that can look and act differently depending on what it is supposed to do. This special list view is used for Children's Names, Property Features, Property Room Sizes, Property Bullet Points, and Prospect Dream Home Features. This is a very flexible and useful listing item in RealeSeller and if you can use this feature for one purpose, you can use it for all of them. Below is an image of all the current uses, but more may be added in the future:
Adding New Items:
You can add items to the list by pressing the first button. It might have a little house, or a person, etc. on it. You can also just select an empty field and start typing.
Drop down lists:
In the first column of some lists when you click them with the mouse a drop down list filled with common selections will appear. You can type anything you want to, but you also have the option of selecting it from the provided list. If you want to add or delete items from these drop down lists, you can go to the RealeSeller Property Options and select Lists to add, change, or delete items. Not all of these special views have a drop down list. Mostly those that have some common items that are used almost all of the time are in the lists. Depending on how many fields are in each row in the list, as you finish typing you can press the tab key and the next field in the row becomes the selected field. Pressing the Enter key will move you down to the next row.
Deleting list items:
If you want to delete an item, remember that the entire row is deleted. Select the item to delete, press the Red X There will be no warning, the item is removed.
Item List Position:
If you do not like the order in which the items are listed, select an item and move it up or down in the list with the arrow buttons. Once you have the items arranged the way you like them, press the save button. If you forget you will be prompted.
