Export RealeSeller™ Data Using The Grid Pop-Up Menu
 
The 'Pop-Up' Menu:
The specialized grid designed for RealeSeller has a pop-up menu that is usually different for each view.  Since they are all the same when using the export feature, this section will cover this feature using the Property folder.  Everything is the same for each RealeSeller data folder except the fields you can export.  The fields in the property export will be different than the fields in the prospect export for obvious reasons.

The Properties Folder:
The export feature can be accessed via the RealeSeller Grid pop-up menu.  To export, select the property or properties you wish to export.  When you are ready, simply right-click a selected property in the grid.  This will give you a list of a number of different choices as noted in the below image, but the one we are interested in is the Export Properties selection.


Now you will see a Fields To Export window with a list of the fields you may want to export.  This list does include the notes which are listed at the end of each list.  You can go through the list and select each item you want to export, or you can use the Select All box and everything will be selected.  If there are a couple of fields you don't want to export, you can use the Select All feature and then just uncheck the fields you don't need.  Once you have chosen your fields, press the Export button to continue.


The Save As dialog box will be shown and you can save the data file anywhere you like.  I named the file myexport.txt in this example, but it can be named anything you want.  Use either the csv or the txt extension for the file name.  Either name will usually work for import or data merging programs .  Press the Save button when you are ready.


The CSV Export progress window will be displayed until the data export is finished.  Once this window disappears, your data has been exported and is ready for you to use.

Please keep in mind that every RealeSeller grid will perform in a similar fashion, even those that may not be listed or shown here.  If a pop-up menu does not appear, then there are no extended features available.
