The RealeSeller™ Agent Information View
 


Your Agent View:
RealeSeller is scalable software.  This means, that it can expand as needed, or just service a single Agent.  That is the reason we have a separate agent views.  This view, and the company view can be seen in the RealeSeller folder.  Each agent name can have different information, agent pictures  and other things that are unique to each agent.  Sometimes a single agent can have many different agent pictures or other images and logo's.  RealeSeller was designed to be flexible to the extreme.
 
The Agent Name:
Generally you shouldn't try and change this.  If you do, the registered status of the program will stop.  If you change the company you work for, call in order to get a new registration key.  There will be a service charge for this, and the Agent Name has to be exactly the same as the previous registered Agent but you don't have to repurchase software when you change something.
 
The Company Name:
The button and the associated link is to the company you either own or work for.  This software uses the company name, the agent name and the computer ID to generate a valid key.
 
The Agent Designations:
Any special designations you have like CRS, GRI, e-Pro, etc should be entered here.  These items can be used by the various software add-ons we have and many of the internal reports and other pages like the CMA's you can generate.  You've earned them so you might as well display them on your paperwork.
 
Slogan:
A lot of agents use some kind of slogan.  A slogan is like any name recognition item.  People remember catchy phrases.  All commercials are trying to sum up their business in a simple and easy to remember phrase.

Spouse:
Many agents today work as a team with their spouse.  Since this is happening more and more, we added a field to the front page of the agent information.  Trying to put both agent names in the primary name field does not always work well. This is our solution to the issue.

Phone Numbers:
There are several labels you can use for phone numbers. Company, Business, Business (2), Business Fax, Other Fax, Primary, etc.  Add as many phone numbers as you can.  You never know when they might be needed.
 
Notes:
Any extra information you might want to remember you can store in the notes.  This allows you a very flexible method for keeping information that applies only to you as an agent and doesn't have a place somewhere else.  You could even use a scanner to scan text from letters or mail and save it as a note. Agent Pictures:
There are no limits to the number of images you can store.  This allows you to add all the different logos that may be available for your company, designations, organizations, etc.  They will all be available in most cases to choose from when you are creating something like a Flyer for instance. Details Tab:
There are several more fields you might want to fill in on this tab.  Your own birthday (1), your spouse birthday, your anniversary (2), a nickname, even your children's names and birthdays (3) if you want.  If you want a reminder created for the children, remember to put a check in the Reminder column (4).  You should keep this information as current as possible as it is used everywhere in RealeSeller. Some other information you might have should be added to the Professional Information section (5).
